ILLEGAL DUMPING:
There has been an extraordinary amount of illegal dumping going on in the desert and in our dumpsters. PLEASE, if you see someone using our facilities or driving through our neighborhood intent on dumping illegally, get a picture of the car/truck and it's license plate so that it can be turned in to the proper authorities.
PET POLICY:
You are allowed only 2 dogs per residence. Fines can be levied against a tenant or homeowner that has more than 2 dogs as well as animal owners that do not clean up after their animal defecates.
PARKING ISSUES
Please make sure to follow our community parking rules, you must have a parking pass on your vehicle if your car is not parked in your driveway. A parking warning is always displayed on our website both at the bottom of this page and in the rules & FAQ sections. Here it is again:
No parking is allowed on the street. Visitor parking is allowed between Units #8 and #9 (with parking pass), next to the dumpsters above the pool area and on the street beside Unit #42 only. Parking without a Hang Tag Parking Pass clearly displayed on your rearview mirror will result in your car being towed.

Being a good neighbor and a considerate dog owner involves cleaning up every time after your dog defecates: on the common area greenbelts, on the rocks by the mailbox and especially in front of other peoples homes. Even if your dog is tiny, their BM's don't turn into fairy dust, they stay where they are dropped. No one wants to step in another dogs poop no matter how small.
