SPECIAL ASSESSMENT

Dear Neighbors,

As discussed in the past, the Association has a fiduciary responsibility to keep all of the Common Area’s looking the same.  Along the front row behind Units 1-8 and between 8 & 9 there is now nothing but dirt and broken sprinkler line pipes and boxes.  Also, when the water was shut off, some additional exposure was created by #9 and some helical piers need to be installed.

The special assessment isn’t really a choice, but everyone does have to vote on it and it will need a 2/3 majority in order to pass and the projects to move forward.  Both projects will bring stability to our Common Area and the rock along Riverside Drive will be a huge improvement from just dirt and dead trees.  Our goal is to do these major projects in bite sized pieces and have the money ready in the bank at the start of the project.

This project will cost a total of $22,500.00, which will be an assessment of $592.00 per Unit.

The money for these projects will be held in a separate savings account and not comingled with our regular working and reserve accounts.
